Thank you for choosing Power Publication Studio. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any booking or payment. By proceeding with any booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment Terms

At Power Publication Studio, we believe in professionalism and fairness — for both our clients and the dedicated creative experts who make each project possible.

• All clients are required to pay 50% of the total project cost as a booking advance.

This advance secures your dates, reserves our team and equipment, and covers upfront costs we incur to plan and assign your project.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid immediately — on the same day, within a minute of the event or assignment completion.
No photos, videos, designs, or data will be delivered, transferred, or uploaded to your social media platforms until the final payment is received.

✅ Photo Booth & Instant QR Photo Downloads
If you require a photo booth service or instant photo downloads via QR code at your event, please note that 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
This ensures we can set up all technical arrangements and guarantee seamless on-site delivery of your instant photos.

👉 This policy is not just business. It’s a safeguard for countless passionate professionals in our industry. Over the years, many photographers, videographers, and printing labs have suffered severe financial losses — some even driven to close their businesses or worse, unable to support their families — due to clients refusing to pay balances after taking the service. We stand firm to protect the dignity and hard work of every creative person involved in your project.

 

Refund Policy

Because we work with multiple third-party professionals, agencies, and freelancers, and because every project is customized:

🚫 All payments made to Power Publication Studio

     are non-refundable and 100% Advanced Payment.  

This applies to:

  • Advertising, PR, and influencer bookings

  • Social media campaigns and website projects

  • Magazine, newspaper, or book publishing

  • Photography and videography projects once initiated

Photography / Videography Cancellation

If a client cancels a booked photography or videography assignment:

  • 25% of the total Assignment agreed amount will be deducted to cover our committed time and resources.

 

Influencer & PR Campaigns

Once booked, influencer marketing campaigns and PR services involve advance scheduling and payments to third parties. No refunds will be issued for these services.

 

Exceptions

We do not generally offer refunds. Any exception is solely at the discretion of Power Publication Studio and must be documented in writing.

Please note:

“We greatly value your time and ours. Because preparing detailed advertising quotations and creative service proposals involves dedicated effort and expertise, we may request a nominal quotation preparation fee of ₹500 to ₹1000.

This fee will be fully credited in your final bill when you confirm your project with us.

In case you decide not to move forward with our services, this fee simply helps cover the time and resources already invested, and will therefore be non-refundable.
